What cooling equipment does Apex supply for GCC projects?
Apex supplies open-circuit FRP and steel cooling towers (SRN crossflow, SCT counterflow, ZLT round), closed-circuit cooling towers (SCC counterflow, SNC crossflow), and dry, adiabatic and hybrid coolers (SDV, SDF, SHA, SHS) for projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and the wider GCC.
Can a catalog cooling tower be used directly in the Gulf?
Not without checking. Our catalog specifications are published at 37/32/28 °C wet-bulb. Many Gulf sites are designed around roughly 30–32 °C wet-bulb (for example, Dubai's 0.4% design wet-bulb is 29.8 °C per the Eurovent Middle East guidebook), so every GCC project is re-selected at the site's own design wet-bulb.
Who manufactures Apex cooling towers?
Apex cooling towers are manufactured by qualified partner factories in China that specialise in FRP and steel cooling towers. Apex manages each order from selection through production follow-up, inspection and shipment.
How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply within 24 hours and send a quotation within 2–3 working days once we have your flow, temperatures, design wet-bulb and site data.
What warranty do you offer?
16 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning, whichever comes first. Detailed terms are stated in each quotation.
Are your cooling towers CTI certified?
Our towers are designed per CTI methods. CTI-certified manufacturing and project-specific CTI documentation are available on request for eligible series.
Can we inspect the equipment before shipment?
Yes. Third-party inspection (for example SGS, BV or TÜV, at the buyer's choice and cost) and factory witness testing by the buyer or its consultant are welcome by appointment. Photo and video reports are provided at each production stage.
